How long have you had migraines?

I get them everyday sometimes only for an hour or two other times is for the whole day. I have noticed that if I’m having a bad day that sunlight makes it worse
What have you tried pre-Cefaly?
I have tried so many different medications from so many doctors. They had me on regular stronger pain pills when those didn’t work they gave me blood thinners I have been on blood pressure medicine just about any kind of pills you can name I have been on. They had also tried giving me injections that I would inject myself in the arm when I was having a bad day and even those didn’t do anything. I have had nerve blocks done I have tried neurotoxin injections for about a year even that didn’t do much. I even tried going the holistic route. I tried acupuncture I’ve tried essential oils I’ve tried going bpa free every method you can think of I tried I have tried. The only thing I have found that also helps are red tinted glasses. Normally if I have a headache / migraine I put the glasses on and within 30 min to an hour the headache is gone mostly.
