Am I eligible for telemedicine through AZOVA?

To qualify for a consultation, you must be 18 or older.

Am I eligible to receive a prescription for CEFALY?

Your Medical Provider will determine if CEFALY is right for you. CEFALY is not indicated for people who:

  • Are younger than 18 years of age.
  • Have implanted metallic or electronic devices in the head.
  • Are suffering from pain of unknown origin.
  • Have a cardiac pacemaker or implanted or wearable defibrillator.

Are there conditions that AZOVA Medical Providers can’t treat?

AZOVA Medical Providers are unable to treat migraine patients with certain conditions, such as hemiplegic migraine, seizures, uncontrolled high blood pressure, low blood pressure, etc.
